How Old is your mind?

Ask yourself, how old is my mind? And what does it mean to have an old mind? If you really sit, really allow, you will see that your present experience is being judged from what is in your mind.
Ever hear "Have the mind of a child'?? What is THAT supposed to mean?
Feel that sentence. Breath it in, sit with it for awhile.
Just feeling it, "Having the Mind of a child" is so freeing, so expansive.
Look to see what mind barriers of Self expression you have up. See what your mind is allowing you to do, say, think, act and BE.
Having that freedom of Self expression allows you to jump in puddles of water, make snow balls, and take life in just as it is--having the first experience of it.
